Bright marigold in color and slightly hazy in the glass with white foam.

Taste

This bock has a bright copper color that has an inviting sweet malty profile. A rounded body with spicy notes and an ever-so gentle hint of hop bitterness on the palate.

AROMA

With rich, malt-forward aroma, caramel, and lightly roasted nuts, to come together bringing to mind an excellent choice for a winter meal.

ABOUT THIS BREWERY

Even today, the St. Marienthaler Klosterbräu is a very special monastery beer. On behalf of the St. Marienthal Monastery, it is brewed according to the old, traditional monastery recipe of the Cistercian monastery by the private brewery Eibau i. Sa. And even with the first sip, you can feel: This is a beer that brings old times back to life.
