ABOUT THIS BREWERY

In 1888, the Bürgerliches Brauhaus Wiesen belonged to Wiesen citizens, surrounded by the legendary Hochspessart forests and meadows. Christof Hartmann took over the brewery in 1913, followed by Karola and Ina Elsesser to uphold the qualitative standards into the future.

With soft, mineral rich water from the Aubach spring and locally grown grain, used to brew fine beer specialties. A long-standing commitment to quality ingrediants. Modernization of the bottling line to increase capacity range in addition to a box packer. Adding to the selection as well as a more water conscious bottle washing machine from Klinger.
