ABOUT THIS BREWERY

Established in 1810 by King Friedrich August I (King of Saxony), the Eibau brewery was the first country brewery in the Zittau area. Gaining notority first for their traditional Black beer that remains a staple.

BEER TYPE INFORMATION

Named for a specific siphon, called the Zwickelhahn, that was traditionally used to be able to transfer beer from the barrel. Known for a cloudy profile and a natural freshness.
