Focusing on using locally sourced ingredients, Eibauer takes care to support local when purchasing materials for their beers. Named for a specific siphon, called the Zwickelhahn, that was traditionally used to be able to transfer beer from the barrel. Known for a cloudy profile and a natural freshness.
